This is a one of a kind Watermelon Tourmaline Pendant with white and pink Sapphire accents. Both the tourmaline slice and the sapphires are set in 14kt yellow gold. There are also matching earrings for this one of a kind pendant. The chain is sold separately.
Watermelon tourmaline is one of the few minerals which incorporates two colors; pink and green. Unlike bi-color which changes gradually from pink to green, watermelon tourmaline has pink that is surrounded by green. This particular slice has been top faceted for two reasons. Firstly, it’s to help the slice to catch the light from all angles. Secondly, it’s to help bring out the color of the stone.
